Job Description:	Design and maintain network / virtual environment. Develop, maintain and support network environment. Configure network infrastructure devices (Switch, routers, hubs, etc). Backup and remote administration. Proactively track self-progress and communicate issues and risks in the project. Knowledge of Windows 2000 and 2003 network with Client OS such as Windows XP, Vista. Should have experience in Shibboleth, PowerShell, Adobe Connect. Experience in Microsoft technologies including BizTalk, SharePoint, ISA server. Experience in Troubleshooting network environment & packages. Exposure to designing and implementing network environments. Experience in Scripting and Active Directory. Exposure to VMware ESX, VMware, TCP/IP, system administrator, Scripting, network administrator, LAN, CISCO.
Preferred Skills:	Should be an MCA or BE / B.Tech with 2- 4 years of experience in Systems Administration (VMware). Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Judgment & Decision Making, Business awareness, Stress Tolerance, Team working and Planning and organizing.
